This math book from the “Arc-en-ciel” collection is intended for KG3 students. It builds upon the knowledge acquired in KG1 and KG2, incorporating the same basic concepts, general approach, and page layout. It provides an original approach, based on a close complementarity between learning French and mathematics. In fact, the same illustrations and vocabulary are used in this math book and in the French textbook of the same collection, thereby guaranteeing a better understanding of concepts across both subjects.
The aim of this book is to instill fundamental concepts: learning to observe, recognize, discern, locate, compare, classify, count, and calculate.
