Job Title: Schoolbook Author

Additionally, we create storybooks for young readers to support and enhance their learning and creative journeys. Our mission is to provide both parents and educators with quality educational tools that properly equip children for a better future.
Job Overview
The most important responsibility of the Schoolbook Author is the conception of manuscripts according to local official curricula. Thus, he/she must have extensive experience in education, a strong knowledge of school-level curricula in the MENA region, and expertise in the subject matter. Critical thinking is also essential to this role, since the architecture of a book follows a logical sequence. Reporting directly to the Chief Editor, the Schoolbook Author works closely with our Editor and Proofreader.
As a result of the nature of the work, the Schoolbook Author provides the working basis for the rest of the Production team. Superior organizational skills are therefore essential to this role to ensure that the subsequent work on the manuscript is streamlined.
Responsibilities
- Attend meetings with the Chief Editor to agree on book/collection specifications.
- Write the book outline to gain approval from the Chief Editor.
- Develop the content of the book, including but not limited to lessons and review pages.
- Ensure the accuracy of information.
- Include detailed descriptions for all the visuals to be added.
- Proofread the manuscript. Seek feedback from the Chief Editor.
- Proofread the final product.
- Write the Teacher’s Guide based on the finished book.
Qualifications
- Expertise in the subject matter.

The Pedagogical Delegate plays a particularly pivotal role in providing training to our clients in Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia, and other countries as necessary. This requires extensive experience in education, a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, proficiency in public speaking, and a willingness to travel regularly by car and by plane. Reporting directly to the Deputy CEO and the Chief Editor, the Pedagogical Delegate collaborates closely with our representatives and distributors.
Serving as the face of the company during workshops and conferences, the Pedagogical Delegate undoubtedly embodies the organization’s ethos. Impeccable spoken French is therefore essential for this role, coupled with robust interpersonal and sales skills. A true performer, the Pedagogical Delegate excels in captivating audiences and maintaining engagement at length.

- Traveling locally and internationally to lead workshops and conferences in schools and halls.
- Coordinating travel and seminar schedules with the Chief Editor and distributors.
- Keeping up to date with pedagogy trends and learning methodologies.
- Designing and facilitating engagement workshops with relevant stakeholders.
