Terms of Sales
These Terms of Sales apply to both the customer and Kedemos Education. By accepting these Terms of Sales, the customer agrees to enter into a contract with Kedemos Education.
Kedemos Education reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sales at any time. Such modifications shall be applicable as of the date they are posted online and cannot be applied to contracts entered into at earlier dates.
Online purchasing
The products displayed on this site are the works and publications of Kedemos Education. They are all accompanied by a detailed description. The catalog pictures are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.
The book prices are those displayed on the page relevant to each book. Kedemos Education reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, agreeing that the prices listed in the catalog on the day of the purchase will apply to the buyer.
The indicated prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery costs are calculated according to the total weight of the package.
The purchase process occurs as follows:
- Customer must be over 18 years of age.
- Customer selects desired book(s), and adds them to cart.
- Once the shopping is complete, the customer can review the items in the cart and proceed with the modification of the cart, or payment. We will confirm your order via email as soon as possible.
Import Taxes
The prices displayed on our website include taxes. The shipping cost is added to your cart at checkout, after you input your shipping information, so you can view the total amount before finalizing your purchase. If you are placing an order outside of Lebanon, you may be subject to further import duties, according to the country you are shipping to. If import taxes apply to you, you will receive an email from the shipping carrier that includes the payment amount and link.
Return and exchange policy
Kedemos Education does not accept returns and does not provide refunds. Exchanges for the same product may be possible if the item purchased is defective. The customer or the recipient of the shipment is invited to check the product’s condition at the time of reception of the delivery. The customer has a 7-day window from the date of reception of the shipment to inform Kedemos Education of any apparent anomalies, either by filling the contact form on the website or by sending an e-mail to shop@kedemoseducation.com.
Responsibilities
Kedemos Education cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage that may arise from the purchase of the books via the website. As it cannot be held liable for the obligations of the Terms of Sales due to any force majeure.
Personal information
Personal information is necessary for the management of orders and commercial relations. The customer has the right to access and modify data related to them. We use cookies to improve your navigation on our site. These cookies do not contain any personal information.
Intellectual property
Any content published or made available through the Kedemos Education website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Kedemos Education and is protected by the international intellectual property law and by copyright law.
The user has no right to extract and/or reuse any part of the content of the Kedemos Education website without the express written permission of Kedemos Education.
