To place an order on our website, start by browsing our products. For each book, you will find a detailed description within the prescribed page. Select the item you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. Review your cart to ensure the accuracy of quantities and product details. Proceed to checkout. Provide your shipping information, select a shipping method, and enter your payment details. Carefully review the order, then click “Place Order” to confirm. An order confirmation page will appear on the website, and you will receive an invoice via email that includes your order number and purchase summary. 

We accept two payment methods: credit/debit card, and cash on delivery. Please note that cash on delivery is exclusively available in Lebanon.

Our Teacher’s Guides are not available for purchase. If you are a teacher, your school administration should have provided you with your Teacher’s Guide. If you believe it was not delivered to your school administration, we kindly request you to get in touch with our office or exclusive distributor in your area.

We provide international shipping to a wide range of countries. However, there are certain countries to which we are unable to deliver due to regional political climate (war zones, etc.). Please check our Terms of Sales or contact our customer support to see if we can deliver to your specific location.

To track your order, please visit the website of the shipping carrier we use. You’ll need your order number to retrieve the current status and location of your shipment.

Please check your purchased items upon receipt. If you believe the item received is damaged or wrong, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. However, please be aware that Kedemos Education cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage or wrong order resulting from purchases made on our website. Additionally, Kedemos Education cannot be held liable for the obligations outlined in the Terms of Sales due to any force majeure.

The prices displayed on our website include taxes. The shipping cost is added to your cart at checkout, after you input your shipping information, so you can view the total amount before finalizing your purchase. If you are placing an order outside of Lebanon, you may be subject to further import duties, according to the country you are shipping to. If import taxes apply to you, you will receive an email from the shipping carrier that includes the payment amount and link.

Our standard operating hours are from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm GMT+2. Typically, we process orders within one business day. Orders submitted outside our operating hours will be processed on the following business day.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Items that are out of stock will be marked as such on the website. If the item you want to purchase is out of stock, please contact us so that we can let you know as soon as it is available.
